Here are a few ideas discussed in the last meeting with the US Farmer's Market Commitee - July 1, 2010
- Snap Program (Supporting Low Income Families of Maui county)
- Educational programs for children
- Workshops for our farmers
- Information booth at Farmer's Market for supporting community events
- Information forums for farmers and customers online
- Classified Ads for Buying and Selling farm needed items
- Yearly festivals for our community
- Networking with farmers to improve the market.
- Providing farmers with information about education on "value added" food requirements
Exotic Thai and Indian delicious food dishes are now being offered! More to come!!!

Sarah Hart is the culinary artist of Maui Raw Gourmet, a Maui company offering 100% Raw-Vegan foods. Sarah offers culinary classes for private groups and at Maui Community College, VITEC. Look for the Maui Raw Goumet booth at upcoming markets where breakfast items, treats, and meals will be available!
